Our tools are accurate to within 1-2% when properly calibrated. Accuracy depends on your screen's DPI settings and calibration method. For best results, use the credit card calibration method or manually enter your screen specifications.
This usually happens when the tool isn't calibrated for your screen or when browser zoom is not at 100%. Make sure to calibrate the tool first and check that your browser zoom is set to 100%.
Yes! Our tools are fully responsive and work great on smartphones and tablets. Touch gestures are supported for zooming and measuring. The accuracy on mobile depends on screen calibration just like on desktop.
We offer three calibration methods: 1) Automatic detection (tries to detect your screen), 2) Credit card method (place a credit card on screen and adjust), 3) Manual entry (enter your screen diagonal size). The credit card method is usually most accurate.
